1. Complete visa application form and enclose two (2) recent passport-size photographs
2. Photocopy of the applicant’s diplomatic/official/ordinary passport
3. A diplomatic verbal note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
4. Invitation letter of the organisation in Venezuela the applicant intends to visit

Diplomatic/Courtesy Visa Fee: Free
Duration to process:  Two (2) working days
